Rioca's first German serviced apartment unit is located in Obersendling in a fast-growing inner-city commercial location.

This is where the Rioca design line with dark facade and white horizontal accents was pioneered. Like all Riocas, the apartment building has a large lounge area, as well as a roof terrace, here with views of the city center and as far as the Alps.
