Experience and Innovation
AI+P is based on the long experience of the two offices of the founders Kai Bodamer and Amos Engelhardt in the field of residential and commercial construction.
In 2010 they merged their offices. Besides planning for clients they started to develop their own projects, up to the foundation of i Live, which draws from the wealth of experience of AI+P in the field of planning and project development.
The micro apartment in particular, now built many thousands of times, has been steadily developed over a decade.
Still with the same basic dimensions and similar layout as in the beginning, it has been perfected step by step, mainly through user feedback, to the point of being largely prefabricated from a single source.
