This micro-apartment unit is located in Bahnstadt and was, at the time of its creation, the largest passive house in the world in terms of number of residential units.

It was also here that the program of common areas in and around the courtyard was greatly expanded, with several roof terraces and beach volleyball court. Also the first chicken coop found its place here.
