By upgrading Kocherweg into a promenade, the individual building blocks will have two fronts.
The different types of use will also be superimposed, with the first floors being enlivened primarily by retail and services, and the residential use above being oriented to the quieter side.
A contemporary energy concept in the direction of CO2 neutrality is being strived for, among other things by using waste heat from industry and the Kocher River.
