One of the largest micro apartment complexes in Europe is being built next to the Frankfurt School of Finance.

The building consists of a front commercial component with serviced apartments by Rioca and a large gym, and a rear component with apartments mainly for students.

The project was designed in collaboration with hwkn and landscape designers futuregreen, both from New York, and is structured around two green courtyards, the Beach Yard with volleyball court, seating stairs and outdoor kitchen, and the Jungle Yard, which is an intensively landscaped place of tranquility in the middle of the neighborhood.

The roof terraces and the large rooftop sports field overlook the entire stretch of the Frankfurt skyline.
